Our new Luxe Adapt Soft mattress gives us a warm hug when you get into the bed free a long day. I sleep so soundly on it and am not experiencing the back aches I was with my previous mattress. My only issue -and I am getting used to it, is how high the bed is with even the thin foundation.

Prior to this I owned a Tempur-Pedic Cloud Supreme. The best mattress I ever owned until it eventually failed. With that said I knew I was going back with another Tempur-Pedic. I replaced it with this TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt® 2.0 Medium Hybrid - Queen after months of testing and sleeping in random stores. I've had this mattress for over a year and it is miserable. I kept thinking that it wasn't broken in but in a year it should be. It is super firm and sleeps extremely hot. I've never had an issue with sweating overnight until this mattress. Though the description says cool to touch it is very misleading . It's unfortunate I sleep better in hotels then at home. After spending so much money on a mattress I'm frustrated that I'm now going to have to buy another mattress. I just can't trust going back with another Tempur-Pedic

Tempurpedic does not stand behind their warranty. Our king mattress developed a lump in the middle and we were told that it wasn't bad enough to meet their rules about the warranty coverage.

I originally purchased a ProAdapt (Hybrid) Mattress from Raymoor & Flanagan which after a couple of months I started to feel back/side pain and I seen a divet in the mattress. I contacted R & F prior to the end my trial period and switched out for a Luxe Adapt. It has been a little over a month now that I upgraded and I do not see a divet yet but it is not in any was as comfortable as I thought it would be. For what the price is for this mattress I truly expected it to be better. I sleep on my side and back and still wake up with pain in those areas.

We purchased a Cloud Luxe 10+ years ago. It was an absolute dream from the moment we bought it. After years of great slumber, it was time to upgrade. We finally landed on this model based on extensive research and chatting with the experts online at Tempur Pedic. The feel is very similar to the original with one significant difference. This one doesn't sleep hot! My sheets are grateful for the cool down!
I have to give a shout out to the delivery team. We purchased online with the white glove delivery. We tracked our mattress from order to delivery with updates through the whole process. The delivery team arrived right on time. The whole delivery, set up, and haul away was complete in less than 10 minutes.
We've had ours for about a month and it's been the best purchase we've made since our last TP purchase! Thanks for the commitment to quality and reliability! We LOVE our Tempur Pedic! 10 out of 10!

It s a departure from the spring mattress and a welcome one at that. I feel more rested when I sleep in this bed and less sore in the mornings. My sleep is less disturbed as well and the sleep tracker tells me if it's been bad.

I do like the mattress. The only thing I will say is that finding a mattress cover that won't slide off has been incredibly annoying with an adjustable base, including Tempur-Pedic's own mattress cover

Bed was as expected but the soft luxe wasn't for me as it was likely too soft and increased my hip pain.
Decided to return mattress and extremely disappointed in the return process. It has been 4 weeks and no refund even though they picked up mattress 2 weeks ago. Communication has been terrible and just one issue after another.

We purchased the LuxeAdabt:Firm after laying on the medium and hybrids. I had my doubts about the feel of the firmness because it is really firm when you lay down on it. But you sink into it right away and as a side/ stomach sleeper it definitely gives you the support you want as well as the comfort. This is supposed to be a cooler mattress's Wilson n a couple months we'll find out. It's a spendy mattress but I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a new sleep setup.

My wife and I were waking up with backaches with our old mattress. We purchased the Luxe Adapt firm model and it has been wonderful. The bed feels very firm but it conforms around your body and provides an uninterrupted night of sleep. We also don't have backaches when we wake up in the morning. Love this mattress.

When sleeping on our old bed I'd wake up every morning with a sore lower back, not feeling rested. Now... my back doesn't hurt and I feel like I've actually slept. We do have the feet, head and lumbar in use during sleep. And man!! It's amazing what a little elevation can do

The bed in the showroom was very comfortable whether on my back or side. When we received our brand new medium Hybrid Luxe Adapt mattresses, they were like rocks, after 5 months (beyond the free exchange period) they softened somewhat and we have experienced pressure points in our lower back, upper back, neck and shoulders which has created sleep issues - frequently waking and experiencing numbness in our arms from side sleeping. SO NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!

I was told by the sales person I worked with that I had 10 days to return the mattress and exchange it out. Within that 10 day period I went to him and explained that the bed feels like I'm being encapsulated within a marshmallow, does not feel firm at all. He told me to go to the payment center and request a card for Tempurpedic.
I received the card, went back to him and all he did was tell me to call the number on the business card. That is NOT what I was expecting for customer service. I never called them because if the sales person isn't going to help me, I'm sure the company will not assist me with this issue. I just sleep in the guest room on an actual firm mattress.

The LuxeAdapt 1.0 Firm is perfectly firm without feeling like I'm sleeping on the floor. I tried around 6 mattresses that day and found this one to be the perfect firmness for me. It has just enough "give" when you lie down, but firm where you need it.

2 years of not being able to sleep but not a problem no more. I have had my temper hybrid medium for two weeks and I'm finally able to sleep like a baby get up a feel rested. We purchased the split king (2-separate) medium hybrid mattresses and split king smart bases. The mattresses have good support, not too firm and not too soft - however still experimenting to find the best setting adjustments. The anti-snore base setting does work and automatically raises the head area of the mattress when it detects snoring. However, when I wake up, I find that I have slid down on the mattress during the night so my head is in a lower position - not sure the feature really helps reduce snoring. Additionally my husband finds the new mattress just as "warm" as our previous mattress (10+ years-old) - so not sure the "cooling" feature is really effective. Overall the mattresses are comfortable and well made. Not yet sure if the cost/benefit is worth it. Love that we have 90 days to determine if we will keep or exchange.

Sleeping Like a baby. It takes a few days to a couple of weeks to get the mattress to fit around your body. After that, you are good to go. My bad back has already started feeling better. Best mattress I have bought hands down. As of now, there is nothing I don't like about this mattress.

Loving my new mattress. My husband and I purchased a previous ProAdapt Lux Mattress 13" and are loving it! No disturbance when one of us gets out of the bed. Felt a little harder than we were used to but after a couple weeks we have adapted to its formation. Completely happy with our purchase! We also purchased the pillows and Egyptian cotton sheets and they are buttery soft and we love them too!

I recently in the 6 months as a long time Tempurpedic customer, bought the king Lux Adapt Hybrid. I and my partner noticed it was not a medium feel a after afew months of sleeping on it. It was sinking in way to much we are waking up thru the night with sore backs . I ferl something is off with this mattress, I had a Hybrid before and it never sank in this much until several years later . Unfortunately warranty will not approve my claim, so we are stuck sleeping on this mattress.
I will not buy another Tempurpedic again, as I paid over 4k and have to sleep uncomfortable.

The product was of high-quality but we were quite disappointed with customer service at Tempur-Pedic Birmingham. Numerous mistakes occurred with customer information and delivery date (23 days after purchase) made this customer question that what was "Promised" was not "Delivered" in timely manner. Hopefully, Tempur Sealy International was provided this information and corrections will be made.

We purchased this because we were having severe pain in both our back and hips when sleeping. We were told this was the best mattress on the market to ease these pressure point pains and, after three weeks, it is certainly working. The first evening we felt immediate relief. I'm not going to say it's a cure all but it relieves 90 - 95% of the pain, which is huge!

I love this bed. Its perfect for me. I sink into it, its supportive and I sleep like a rock. I have scoliosis so I need supportive but nothing firm as it worsens my pain. At first I didn't like the mattress but thats my fault. I had a mattress protector on it because I have a 9 month old who co-sleeps sometimes. A mattress protector is a given. She's my 5th kid. I know better then to not protect my mattress. Anyways, the protector I had on it at first was making the bed super firm. So firm that it felt like sleeping on the floor. I was very unsatisfied but I couldn't remove the protector until I could get a Tempurpedic one. However, my pain was just too much. I haven't had back pain like that in years. I was getting zero sleep. With a baby that wakes up twice a night to nurse, a deployed spouse and being in the Army myself, I need whatever sleep I can get to be restful and that was not happening. So desperation won and I removed the incompatible mattress protector. It was night and day. The mattress was so soft I sank into it and ultra comfortable while still being supportive. I sleep so well but then came the disaster. My infant got the flu and threw up all over my mattress. I was quick but it still got on the cover and down to the mattress. Luckily it wasn't much and dried very quickly since we live in a very dry environment. Plus, its winter and the heaters are running. Anyways, I learned my lesson and went and bought the tempurpedic adapt mattress protector. It works well but does firm up the mattress a bit but at least my mattress is protected and my back doesnt hurt.

We purchased 2 Tempur-LuxeAdapt Medium Hybrid Mattresses (Queen and California King) on the same day. We love the cooling effect of the mattress as you first lie down and how well the bed conforms to your body for a good night's sleep no matter what position you lie in to sleep. We have had the best night's sleep ever on these mattresses. The mattress is very heavy and very good quality. Excellent product!

We are very happy with our new Tempur-LuxeAdapt in soft. We have been sleeping better and waking less throughout the night. My back pain has improved due to the support I receive while sleeping on my side. We are also happy with the entire ordering and delivery process. The mattress arrived quickly and the delivery team was able to navigate a tight turn with ease.

Moved in 2022 and bought an expensive bed that we have neither liked. Finally decided to go back to a temur-pedic and have slept and is so much more comfortable. Just sorry we waited 3 1/2 years to replace!
Only suggestion is that when the bed is delivered, take a picture of the serial number to be able to register your mattress. We didn't and couldn't lift the thing to get the info.
